I am evaluating several ATS Systems and I have a certain set of Critiera to be met for my department but it really boils down to if and how well they can integrate into salesforce.com. Does anyone know of any white papers, evaluations or reviews not written by company marketing professionals on the functionality of integrating salesforce.com with Jobscience.com or Smartsearch? Do you know of any other full service, highly functional robust ATS (designed for staffing firms versus internal recruiting) that integrates well with salesforce? Also any reviews or known issues with jobscience.com would be great. I would really appreciate any input. Thanks – Lisa
Specific Criteria that is particular important to me is:
1.) Does the ATS integrate with outside CRM systems, with HRIS and with Payroll or come bundled
2.) Does it provide for posting positions not only internally but through job boards and not just CB
3.) Is it integrated to social media sites such as linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Digg etc;
4.) Is it customizable in house
5.) How robust are the reporting metrics (Crucial)
6.) Does it have an outlook addon that will automatically send and parse applicant resumes and retain information in the original emails
7.) Do they have a mobile app for iphone or android?
8.) Does it have an SEO service that drives candidates directly to our website and populate a candidate form, with resume into the system
9.) What type and how is historical data stored and accessed, such as previous submtitals/interviews
10.) Does it have the capability to convert data from our current DB with automatically populated field, data, history and resumes?
11.) How efficient is the resume searching capabilities to match candidates to open reqs
12.) Does it provide for mail merge of contacts and identified candidates for email campaigns?
13.) Does it provide for text messaging to cell phone numbers of identified candidates?
There are several others these are the ones off the top of my head.
